Simply awesome. This was 2nd time when I booked Summit, Scenic location, great food, warm hospitality, steady room services and assistance, helpful staff were the best experience one can have. I love north-eastern mountains and hence will avail services of Summit again. THANKS SUMMIT FOR MAKING MY TRIP WORTH!!

To be honest. Balcony way too small and it fits only one chair, that too very congested. Wifi connection is horrible.Apart from above services was excellent and all there staff are very polite and happy face. Surrounding was very clean. I love it. Couldn't take pictures as it was raining heavily.

The hotel is situated at a 5.5km drive from the gangtok city. The staff is courteous esp Namrata who sits at the reception desk. I booked the chalet room for 2days with the occupancy of 3 people. The balcony was not clean and was stinking. The geyser dispensed muddy water. The service telephone was not working. The breakfast buffet had limited options but it was good. if you are planning to visit gangtok then do visit this hotel it was a great experience at summit norling the location is far from MGMarg but the stay is beautiful.Rooms were spacious and clean. also they will help you to provide the cab service for nearby places
