Hotel bahat kharap hei. Food rate very high. All room very old...koi book mat karna... 1 rice ka price 260 + 18% gst. But all staff is very helpful...

From mixed up baggages to unclean washroom to missing handwash to confused staff to faulty switch (no power supply all night) to broken washroom lock, they nailed it!

Most unwanted thing we faced that there is no 24 hours hot water supply. They start the centralised water heating system only in the morning.
Second, they don't provide packaged mineral water in room, instead provide open glass bottle.

We had a pleasant 3N stay with full family.Here are the pros n cons.Pros1. Good property, well maintained.2. Near to the mall.3. If you are lucky you will get the full Kanchenjunga view from the room.4. Food is good, but quite costly.Cons 1. Premium view rooms do not have privacy as the rooms are attached with the terrace. One should book only premium view rooms with sofa cum bed to have privacy.2. It is near to the mall, but it's almost 1km walking in hilly area. 15mins walk from the mall.3. Ho ...more

As outside food was not allowed and the restaurant had a limited menu that too was not available, food is extremely costly and quality below average.
