bathroom window was just adjacent to stairs to reception. when asked for other room we were told only 1 room left. had to checkout and go to another hotel in 1 hour. rooms are very small but clean. cupboard had one old pillow in bad condition. no fan. it was hot on 9th June india vs Pakistan match day.

I have booked this hotel but when arrived they refused our booking which is done 2 days ago. Worst hotel they didn’t know that booking. They provided another hotel with less rating and then pay that hotel for our stay. In short we pay for 3 star rating but stay in 2 star hotel.Also that hotel is so pathetic there is no intercom we have to go to reception to order something. There cook is so moody they directly said this food is not available or not able to cook at this time. Talk about amenities they provided only 1 towel on 2 person if asked they tell you there are no towel in loundry.

We stayed here for 2 days. it was very nice. staff was good. location is very much closer to ropeway and mg marg. owner Mr. Sushant is really helpful

all amenities are very dirty. shift in another room which is very dirty and hotel owner not work on his commitment.

i stayed here from 24th to 28th feb..
staffs were well behaved..
room was cleaned..
infact i would love
to visit again at this hotel. it is near to mg marg which is main market of #GANGTOK
one thing i would like to write that food price is a bit high.
u can get the food at cheaper price from outside restaurants.#
unless otherwise it is good hotel to stay with family.#

Hotel position is good. But behaviour of staff very bad... no one help us properly. Room are too small and the window position very bad. We cannot open that window. We stay here 4 days. But any staff can't clean the room in those days. They can't help to carry any luggage. The restaurant foods price in those hotel too high.

Awesome experience.Very co-operative staffs.Neat and Clean saroundings.Neat and clean rooms and toilets.Every rooms have electric kettle.They supply milk powder,cofee,tea bag,sugar in every room.Awesome experience. Go for sushant awas .

I think this is the perfect family budget hotel in Gangtok. Only 1 min walking distance from MG Marg. Very good hotel stuff. Neat and clean toilet and rooms. Everything is superb. Fully recommended by me.
