This was a never expected experience.. The view from the roof was amazing. The owners are very sweet, polite and very much helpful.. nice homely atmosphere.. Food was too good and tasty.. not very far from MG Marg, Gangtok, hardly takes 5/7 mins..

The manager of the hotel was taking customers in granted.He was not concerned with any problem of the customer. There is no any parking space in hotel.even no any arrangement for paid parking. There is no any room service.food is very costly. When i checked out ,there was nobody to carry luggage upto my vehicle. Worst experience.

The hotel is having no kitchen and even if they try to make some food they will only give breakfast and dinner and NO LUNCH as they say most of the people dont do lunch at hotel. This thing is ridiculous . Water scarcity is very high. I will never come back here..The also treat different people differently and the condition of food they serve is 3rd class..

Good food and good location. Service not upto the mark and rooms should be more clean. Bed sheets, blankets are not at all clean. So please look into all these small things to make our stay more pleasant.
