The Hotel staff is good and polite. Hotel is close to Railway Station which is a big plus for tourists travelling by train. However for people travelling by their own vehicle (specially 4 wheeler), the road that leads to Hotel is narrow and isn't favorable for a car to be driven. Washrooms weren't clean enough and really disappointed with it. Overall not a very good experience. I would recommend people with their own cars to park at railway station (paid) and then use E-rickshaws to commute (less traffic, less pollution and convenient too).

The stay was overall good. Beside, it’s on very close proximity to Haridwar railway station,it is also in good food market . We enjoyed stayed there.

Personally i suggest to Goibibo because any travelers don't know about any places or any hotels.Thakur Ji Hotel is good for stay but not service is very poor.

worst experience at this hotel, staff is polite and they politely say no to everything. no maintenance, toilet seats broken, Geyser not working, lift not working, same bedsheets used for each guest, no Cleaninesss at all
