i stayed for 9 nights in this hotel along with my family.I must say my stay here is very comfortable in each and every regards. Staff is very polite and cooperative specially Mr. Akram and HOD provides excellent support whenever needed. House keeping and reception staff is also very polite and kind. Hospitality of this hotel is Awesome. Must recommended hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay at Srinagar. Also i would like to Thanks to Goibibo for a wonderful deal and service that they provide to during my stay.

cleanliness n hygiene was not good at all . washrooms so dirty.boofay staff where we used to do breakfast was very rude and no hospitality. hotels infrastructure vise it was good.

very very Bad experience.Very poor service. Rooms were spacious but we're stinking.Just near a Dairy farm which emits very very foul smell...Not worth booking

The hotel property looks beautiful in first look but rooms are tiny sized with pathetic views as shown in images, the staff at check in seemed stupid and arrogant but other staff was helpful, there are many phone extensions on which no one will pick your call.
This property is quite far from Dal gate and lake. Not recommended π
