It's an heritage property. Well decorated.Will always remember the treatment given here .its pathetic . They force to change rating and then keep repeating the same .They need to have hospitable staff.1. Remove you from the table saying it's for other important guest .2We don't have towels. You count and return two towels ...hah...have never done this in any 4 or 5 star hotel. ....dirty towels counting by guest3.worst washrooms.4. No spread of food5. One of the best places to stay in Gangtok. Best heritage hotel in Gangtok. The place has a beautiful garden . Hotels are not far away from the main market area.
The room side is good. Staff are helpful.

Pros:
The hotel is beautifully decorated.
Staff is very polite and friendly.
Our room was upgraded by the staff themselves when we arrived.
Location of the hotel is very good.
View from the room is very good.
Two of the major cons:
1. When we arrived Our bedsheet and pillow covers had few hair and seemed dirty. I had to ask the staff to change them. They did change all promptly! But i don't expect this kind of housekeeping after paying so much.
