hotel is nice , clean , room hazel suite is quite big & spacious, stayed for 3 nights , 5 min walking access to mg market shopping area , food taste is average , staff is generous

clean and spacious rooms, hot water available, staff is good mainly front desk staff is very attentive. breakfast menu is good and starts from 6.30am. restaurant is excellent

Hotel location is good. But there is no training of staff who is cleaning the room. It's like a oyo room. I asked for better room they upgrade my room but service and cleaning is 1 out of 10

one of the best stay with beautiful view of mount kanchenjunga from the room. hospitality of the staff is really appreciable. neat and tidy rooms with good food. location is apt with close to mg marg.
