very good location... very nice staffs.. cordial behavior. Must stay place for everyone. Only one issue is that, the hotel doesn't have restaurant.. so faced little inconvenience. Rest is too good.

My stay at The Grand Ark hotel was great. The room was very clean and spacious, with very new furniture. The washroom was also perfect, with western toilet and a good shower. It is possible to make a tea or coffee, which I really appreciated. The hotel is very well located, at walking distance from the main attractions in Gangtok. The caretaker, Mr Tamang, is very kind and friendly.

We booked Grand Ark hotel delux room for 3 Nights from goibibo at a very reasonable rate. The room size was large and consists of bed, wardrobe, tv table, study table, center table and sofa. It was awesome experience to stay. It was like 2nd home for 3 days. Also location of the hotel is very lucrative... Front side city road and we could reach MG road from back side stairs hardly 200m from hotel.

I recently stayed at The Grand ARK hotel in Gangtok and had an amazing experience! The bedrooms were top-notch, with comfortable beds, and modern amenities. The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
