The room was okay. The washroom has a little issue with water logging. The telephone was not working so I had to go down at reception then they told a guy to come and share his number with things I requested. But that guy didn't come early (for more than 30 min)so I had to go down again. No recharge was present on the set top box. overall it's okay but Room service needs to improve.

Its a good hotel with well mannered staff. There is no ac , on request they have provided table fan.

it's really good. It's 3km away from MG road. The rooms are quite clean and big. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel also provides tours of Sikkim
