Stayed one night in Family Suite room. Here is my honest review:1. Manager, Owner and all staff members are highly cooperative and very helpful. They are very courteous too and know very well their job. Even they allowed my pet to be accomodated in the room.2. Location : Its is just 50 mtrs from the famous Harki Paudi ghat. I recently stayed this hotel with my family and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The complete experience was atrocious. The geyser wasn't working, the check in time provided to us was 12 p.m., but in spite of that we had to wait till 1 p.m., and even the receptionist's nature was quite rude and unfavorable.

bad smell each and everywhere in rooms and outside also...
horrible service,...
I just recommend everyone it's my honest opinion, do not waste ur money and time in this disgusting property,,,

Worst stay.Pros:Only its location near har ki pauriCons:1:Standard romm: Rooms wall damped,they stink if you ask to change room they are gonna charge you extra even though price shows in same range.2 .Rooms not cleaned before check in.3.They wont help you with parking car or carrying luggage...manage on your own4.Some staff are good...but some you feel like looking them.As if we havent paid.5.Really not at all worth it.
