They have a very narrow entry that leads to hotel reception, so for first time visitors it becomes little difficult to find the hotel. Their rooms on ground floor are very small with no outside views (you will only see garbages outside). although the rooms have been maintained properly and have all the basic facilities but they don't have any restaurant and serve the breakfast in room (again only basic breakfast like a plate of parathas with beverages and omelette). in the name of room cleaning, ...more

we stayed at dormitory 1 and it was nice space for 4 big light in each cabin with a table and reading light comes with storage at the back of your heads where you will lie down they have a mirror in the room as well as in the bathroom great food on mall Rd near watch tower darjeeling

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific.The complimentary breakfast was just delicious. Besides this, it offers a very safe and secure environment for all visitors, which is a great thing.
