The hotel is very near to M G Market ( almost 4-5 min to walk). The rooms of this hotel is neat and clean and very cozy.. The staffs are so beautiful and caring. The service is excellent.

we had a great stay at Hotel Tibet Gallery, Gangtok. Rooms were very clean. Manager and the staffs were very helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Hotel location is not far from MG Marg it's around 800 meter and room is big.
Service is horrible.. there no facility at all.
Broken furniture
Always wet toilet
No room service
Staffs are not available
Bed and rooms are unclean and unhygienic
Hardly you can get water
Better not to stay

Worst ever Hotel...i have seen..check-in experience or booking experience was very bad...receptionist asked us to book offline firstly he showed us an average room but when we booked he changed our room..n seriously that room was pathetic..tv was not working.. dirty bedding..windows conditions poor..walls poor..and continuous leakage in toilet..intercom not working..switches not wrking well..furniture was very dirty and broken if u will see the condition u would not even think to sit in the so called sofas provided. Dont book this hotel if it is ur last choice..otherwise big NO.

hotel is in center of Gangtok MG MARG. hotel is 3 star quality rooms, with affordable prices. all guidance for site visit available from hotel. supportive staff. vegetarian food good quality, with room service available.

This hotel needs to improve , During power shortage there is no inverter or generator,washroom pipes have leakage problem,food is not tasty,landline doesn't work. Staff was not that bad,they were very cooperative and well mannered.
