we were here for 2 days and our stay experience is very bad. they do not have proper porter to carry the luggage, and only the receptionist tried to help to carry the baggage, which means we also have to carry some of our baggage to the 4th floor as a courtesy. their room service is horrible. my son dropped water while we were moving inside the room in front of the reeptioninst and even knowing that they needed 30 min and 1 reminder to get the floor cleaned. they took nearly 2 hours and 1 remin ...more

The only good thing is its location. Rest everything is horrible. Service, room size, ambience etc are highly disappointing. The staff is least bothered to address your issues. The lamp, tv was not working. The room was also cramped. Room service is worst.

Value for money hotel to stay. Good location. Only request is the staff should be friendly towards local cab drivers booked by the residents.

My experience with this hotel was not good. The staff was rude and uncooperative. The bathrooms were unclean. This hotel is overcharged. Not a value for money.
