We went for a short trip to mahabaleshwar. Staff and service was good. You can get early check in subject to availablity of the rooms. Carry few things of your own toiletries room freshners dental kits hot water is available from 7am Overall it was good

hotel room review: a mixed experience overall impression • hotel room review • overall impression • i did not click pictures of the room, but as a 3 star hotel the arrangements of the room were pretty mediocre. issues and observations • issues encountered • the side pillow covers were so dirty, we did not feel like even touching them. • no toiletries provides such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo. • complementary breakfast only consisted on idli and poha provided one day each with bread butt ...more

Not recommend to anyone Location of hotel is pathetic, it's surrounded by garbage dwellings and slum No view from room even not possible to remove curtains due to slumfood quality is poor must improve on service. basic services were missing.
