PoorThe manager and his allies were banging doors late at night causing disturbance causing dust to accumulate and noisy.Remember it s a Rs per night stay hotel.

My stay in this hotel was very very uncomfortable. The hotel is totally insecure for families during night time.As no body is available at the reception after 10.pm for any kind of services even if u need a bottle of water u have to go out.Another fear factor we faced is that drunk outsiders entered inside the property at 12 o'clock night and they were fighting with each other inside the hotel. The night we spent was horrible for us and my three years old child could not even sleep.I suggest every one to please avoid the hotel for your safety.

The rooms were very clean and the view from the mountain-facing room was breathtaking. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout the stay. The location was also great, just 5 mins walk from MG road.

very bad experience, I have checked in on dated 21.11.21 at 9:30 pm, and checked out in 22.11.21 at 9:15 am, during my stay there is no electricity in entire hotel, even not able to charge the phone, also there is no staff in reception in morning upto 7:30 am to listen my problem. very bad experience. no warm water in cold weather.
