Worst worst worst hotel i ever seen in my life. I have booked this hotel but they refused and told there is no booking here. Go from here and told us to talk to staff in utpala hotel..Finally t hey gave us room at fourth floor without lift after 03hrs struggle. Food in hotel is worst. It is not hotel it is lodge.... Never book this.. I hv read review but then also booked it thinking it might be the case with the individual. But i was wrong, they do this with everyone. I hv seen many cases while staying there...never book this hotel my sincere advice to u.....

This is the worst hotel I have seen in my life bcs of de hotel rooms available & servcblty. After booking de hotel I came at 10 pm bt Dey r saying dat hotel was rejected de booking without any infrmation..aftr that they are not provding any kind of hotel at dat time, so dat am stucked off in the middle of Road at late night of 11 o clock. Soo plz don't book this hotel. Bcz In Gangtok saverals hotels are there to give u the best service..am booked this hotel trough goibibo.com. There no issue wi ...more
