Room is unclean at check in timeManager is very rude Service is very poor We book for 3 person room extra blanket and mattress gave after 1 and half hour after 10 calls Staff is drunk

I have never stayed in such a useless hotel in my life.. The bedsheet was so dirty that it failed too much.. or baal v thei... I don't have any zero number in my room...this hotel is... I will never forget to stay in this hotel again 🙏
