The hotel environment was quiet and beautiful, and close to MG Marg. The TV in our room was not working, but everything else was fine. The hotel staff was good. Overall, it can be said to be good.

Pro. Location is near to M.G.marg
Property and room size are good.
Cons. There are too many cons. We booked it for 3 days but checkout in 2 days.
Very bad service.
They can not manage to start tv in 3 days.
Furniture broken, bed sheets towels are torn.
Leave hot, enough normal water they can not manage. Every morning after wake up you need to check water is there or not. And calling is not effecting to manager. And when we go personal they making laugh of us.

Very unfortunate to mention that our experience at hotel is. Very bad. We are struggling their for use of toilets & washroom due to scarcity of water. Any time you may experience that washroom & toilets are dry. No arrangements by the hotel staff to meet the emergency. They are totally dependent on water supply.
No fans in the room & Television is not working. Due to scarcity of water & no alternative arrangement the vacation get spoiled.

one of the biggest nightmares one will ever come across if staying in the pleasant city of Gangtok. this hotel is not a hotel, its a box of highly untrained and unprofessional bunch of people, who just want to grab as much money as much they can from the travellers and tourists.
