very bad experience. untidy rooms, chairs. there were cockroaches in rooms and bathrooms. in the end they charged us for extra water bottles though we never ordered. they promised us breakfast at 6 o clock as we had to leave early but at last minute, said we didn't confirm.

good and cozy stay but bit costly in all the extra service they provide. complementary breakfast also good with limited menu.

The hotel is Nice and situated at a good location. But a bit far from main tourist attractions, My family stayed there for 3 days. The breakfast menu was repeated after a day. The food quality also missed. They also missed serving the authentic kerala foods. The staff in reception was not polite. But it is well maintained hotel and pretty clean.

booked it for sister family who are doctors and canadian nationals. The reception team was rude and uncorporative they arrived at 9:30 pm tired and hence requested for dinner in room but was refused. Moreover amenities were basic only though the property is nice and location is very good. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are left with no other choice.

Photo says about the Luxury hotel experience . The road to hotel is pathetic, paid for 2 nights ,the room is like normal budget hotels with dirty towels , toilets , curtains , sofa . Total disappointment, stay away !!

The hotel is good but the location is very difficult to reach and also far from munnar. If our trip includes only one night, it is better to stay at munnar.

Excellent new property and very well maintained. Impeccable service by all the staff. If you are coming to Munnar it is a half-hour drive to the town and more to the top station or Suryanelli side. The pool was very well maintained and the breakfast buffet was also quite good. Enough Parking for the vehicles.
