worst experience ever there was no water in the bathroom and very bad service when we were complaining they were avoiding and walking away there was no water for 20 hours in the hotel it was very difficult to stay at this hotel white yak terrible experience

Hotel Review on Goibibo Disappointing Stay: Misleading Views, Poor Value for Money My stay at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory, and I regret booking here. Here’s why: 1. Junior Suite Scam: - Booked the Junior Suite (Room 224) expecting a luxurious experience with a "top-most view," as advertised. There was no one at the reception when I reached at the hotel. I tried calling but the number was busy forever. someone saw us and called the receptionist. upon checkin, the landline was not working, the electric jug was not working and even the wifi was not working and thr was no network. had to call someone physically can get the phone and jug changed. in the morning it was very noisy, the staffs were shouting and singing at the top of their voices. when we called to order brkfast the person w ...more

Quite disappointing experience so far. The price is not justified. Hotel is on the uphill from the mall road. The food is not that good and near by there are no restaurants from where you can eat.
