Our stay was wonderful and memorable. The hospitality from everyone was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with the dining staff. All the staff at hotel were some of the most kind and helpful people we've encountered. Service was prompt. The hotel's gardens were picturesque, and its location was ideal.Unfortunately, there was one minor incident that marred our experience. This hotel is in the best place in the Darjeeling. Having said that it’s a heritage hotel and maintained nicely. The Food is very selective and there is no option to order in the restaurant. The rooms and bar was freshly painted and same has been not dried during our stay and thus damaged my winter jacket.Also the bathtub was painted and the paint were peeling off while taking bath.

We had a lovely stay in the this beautiful property and enjoyed every bit of its quaint charm and colonial heritage. The staff was wonderful- polite, warm and courteous at every point. Great location as we could easily walk down to the shopping areas and to the observatory point to see the beautiful Kanchenjunga.

Location is very nice....just at mall road....property also good and calm....but rooms are quite old with less modern facilities....staff behaviour also very nice!!
