The hotel and its rooms are not actual as pictures shown while booking. The pipes weren't properly fixed and water flow were low. Even after serval request they provide bucket in wash room! All you will get a room with dirty , uncleaned beds and TV with no connectivity

Worst management I have ever seen.. Don't book this hotel after viewing the pictures.
we waiting along with other guests almost 1 hour after arrival. but still they didn't allocated any room. they were not aware of booking also.
Lastly as per our booking we got a super deluxe room and deluxe room without gyser, no kettle for hot water, no foot mats, no carpets, no water for drinking.
Bathroom is too smelly. water stucked in the western pan.

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life...Uncleand room, Food not available,Only 2-3 staff running the entire hotel...Not able to provide room so shifted me on another hotel named Four Square just opposite of the hotel...Pls don't book that hotel...Waist of money and time....

Excellent Property For Holiday. Stay was very comfortable. Neet & clear Room with Majestic Mountain View. We were allotted in top floor and did not regret coz they have Elevator each flor to floor.Well Mannered Staff and always giving attention for our all comfortable. Bathroom was very hygiene & Rooms are very specious and well furnished. Food Quality just awesome And Always Surved Hot Food. Location Is little bit away from the Mg Mark but taxi are available. I will Highly Recommend This Property. Special Thank To My Tour Coordinator who has chossen this Property for us in Gangtok...

It's a newly built hotel in gangtok which is very rare in already crowded tourist place. Our stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and host very really really supportive starting from guiding taxi driver for location . View is great and location is peaceful a little away from husstle of city. You can easily get shared cab at 30 RS just opposite to hotel to MG Marg. They serve superb authentic Sikkim food
