No fridge no locker bad staff behaviour....anything else to say...it was raddison blu earlier so thats how you carry a legacy.....staff behaviour was arrogant

Pathetic hotel and facilities. No fridge in even a premium room. No water in washrooms during midnight. Flooring of room damaged from many places. no iron. Bedsheets shabby Overall very bad

They should be stopped calling themselves as 5 star. The hotel is bas in terms of cleanliness. Staff is polite but highly untrained if compared to a 5 star standard. Just that Hotel is large and spacious.

won’t be back here. the staff was clueless, the place was just dirty. not at all well maintained. the bed sheet was torn. the bathroom was very dirty, needed a lot of repair.
the management needs to be changed.

Rated 5 * but it's too far from 3*. Renovation at most needed. The location is extremely out of the city (industrial area) and main darshan areas. Our overall experience is not impressive..
