Rooms were good..Location was a bit shady and hard to find. My room was on 3rd floor and there was no lift..Food service was late.View from my room was great..I could see kangchenjunga mountain in the morning which worth the stay.It was on a walkable distance to mg road.

Room Issues - Dirty Linen, Broken Door, Dampness, Stinking rooms and washrooms, Room Size Issues, Wifi was not provided Etc
Hotelier even didn't provide the towels and was not even responding to our requests. The electric kettle was damaged and it was difficult to manage Gangtok weather without warm water
Also, they constantly abused us and asked us to leave at midnight in case we are not satisfied
Also they asked for additional money for changing the room

Nice place to stay in small budget...good for family also

very bad service. hotel supervisor behaviour is too bad. Every day contact with me and said to clear today payment and they frequently knock the door for that reason we don't take any privecy even they couldn't help with us for tour or traveling. they always want interested about there packege. very bad experience. don't take this hotel.

Stay was good. Food was ok. Manager Manik Babu, Sneha, Abani Babu were superb by their service. But one thing was that though we booked rooms nearly four months ago, we didn't get two rooms in the same floor upstairs. Otherwise, all were arranged and perfect. Thank you Go Ibibo !!!

The location of the hotel is good but the hotel service is pathetic, asked for blankets cause the one's in the room are stinky, they immediately provided new ones but they stink too. The towel provided is also dirty. The rooms are quite spacious.

Excellent hotel in Affordable Price. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is approx 50 metres from MG Marg and city car stand which is a prime location at Gangtok and well connected with other parts of the city. Behavior of the hotel staff is polite and helpful. Our special thanks to Mr.Manik Debnanth, the Manager of the hotel who co-operated with us in each and every matter. WiFi is available. Hence this hotel is overall good in this price range. If you find hotel near to MG Marg please go for this hotel. Only as per my thinking hotel entry road should be clean,
