Riva Boutique Apartments

I had checked in to this property for a quick three day stay. I am writing this review to not just appreciate or share my good experience but to request each one here to confidently check in to this property. 1. Rooms are clean and well maintained, the AC and the Refrigerator both worked well with the water kettle and TV. Clean Lenin and pillows with well washed bath towels was the icing on the cake. 2. Washroom was so good and clean and hygiene was maintained well. Very impressive I should say. When you age out of your house it's only the washroom that bothers you the most, but this hotel impressed me so much. There were enough soap, body wash, shampoo that was given. 3. Breakfast was a part of my package, the menu was limited but the choice was enough for me. One of the days they served me with Aalu Paratha, that was the BEST paratha that I have ever eaten. Sorry mommy, bhaiyya was absolutely good. The omelets were at another level and I simply loved it. 4. Staff, they were so good. So I met and had earlier read about David. He is one of the best front desk staff a hotel would want to have. Absolutely a gem of a person I would say. Hospitality and David seem like synonyms to me. I might have called him like 20 times in one day and he did everything in his capacity to make my stay feel comfortable. David also arranged for local transportation from the airport to the hotel, to helping me rent a bike and to drop me back to the station. Thanks so much David! All in all I HIGHLY recommend this place, it has a swimming pool, easily accessible to all the beaches, close to the town and affordable rates. Why would one want to miss out on an opportunity to stay here. The service, behavior of the front desk staff, cleanliness, breakfast and the value for money.

starting with booking experience . so polite and helpful nature of the manager . helped us with check-in with more ease . the rooms were so neat and clean . maintained so well ambience was awesome. breakfast is so tasty every day with a new dish . pool clean and tidy . all amenities in working condition mentioned before . staff of this place is on another level . never experienced so chearful staff . up-frontly suggesting what's best we can go for to save time and money . whenever needed any assistance ready to help us without any delay . my family super happy ... we dint missed our home because we were. so much enjoying this place . hats off to all staff in Reva apartment who made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. a big thanks to you. I recommend visitors to stay here as it's worth every penny . family time with the tasty food and pool time .

very polite staff and responded immediately for the problems and helped for booking bikes and cabs.overall best hotel and food also will be arrange by them which is in budget and tasty way of receiving the people and quick response from them and maintenance , healthy breakfast.

The hotel was very hospitable and affordable with full of facilities including outdoor pool and also variety of breakfast each day. The staff behaviour was very polite and good especially Madhu who helped us a lot with whatever we were asking for. Special thanks to him.
