hotel is located at top of the hill .. so for new visitor request you not see the hotel ratings and go ahead , once payment done .. will not refunded, bathrooms greaser not working properly and no cleanliness in the room and room heater are charged additionaly ,, over all I have climed steps more than 200 to reach the hotel and there is no transport facility and hotel management were very commercial with cab drivers.. overal I was disappointed by climing steps and i will not to suggest the new visitors to visit the hotel ..

The hotel is located just above the Batasia Loop. It is a perfect location for peaceful stay. The view is great but it was a foggy day. The premises is big with parking. It is a safe and pleasant stay. I loved the clean room, bathrooms, premises, restaurant, the service, everything was awesome. I recommend this hotel for those who want a pleasant and peaceful stay at a beautiful location. I will visit again. Quiet, Peaceful, awesome service, good food, classic room, clean bathroom, safe.

We stayed for 3 days.The experience was not so good. The room window has open space from where the air comes which makes you feel cold. In the morning the water supply stops and after reminding for 3 times the fix is done in after hours. Overall not a pleasant stay at the hotel. Breakfast has limited options and also if you ask from fresh Puri you have to wait. No hair dryer at room

It was a very pleasant experience at Anutri Resort. The rooms , the service , the food were top class. Also the view from the resort is breathtaking . The behaviour of the staffs were always pleasant. The only issue what I feel is the location , you will struggle to reach Mall Road area and so as it is located a bit on the hills . Cabs are expensive to reach there.

Hotel is bit costly. Communication problem & remote location as compared with others in Darjeeling/Kurseong. stay way who don't have car or not willing to hire car in every step from this hotel. For families with old & children specially stay away. Ofcourse, view is awesome. It's like offbit location in Darjeeling (Ghoom) city.

had a very peaceful and satisfactory stay...staffs are very generous and courteous. perfect stay like a 5 star. view from this resort is awesome. will book this same resort in my next visit. arranged the candle light dinner with perfect ambience and food taste was awesome. we loved the service. highly recommend.

location of this resort is outstanding and mind blowing.. you can observe scenario of batasiya loop along with The mighty Kanchanjunga at a side together.. all the facilities and amenities are available here and the staffs are also very helpful cordial and gentle.. we had a pleasant stay here..

everything was excellent except view from window in orchid rooms is restricted due to hotel building's other construction. i would only suggest one upgradation inside rooms. please install a solo microwave oven in the rooms as in such cold climate the food served in room gets instantly cold.

Anutri is amazing, you will have premium room and peaceful view, their service is very good have parking area and food is very good and reasonable there that is plus point. Location is little far from city mall road.

The location is exceptional. View of Batasia Loop and mountains from the rooms gove value for money. Hospitality is excellent. Food is tasty but too spicy and oily. I give them 9/10. The too spicy and oily food.

It was a pleasant stay at Anutri. Situated on top of hill. View is amazing. Rooms are perfectly maintained. Staffs are very cooperative and humble. Welcome tea provided by hotel. 😊. Recommended for everyone.
