This is the worst hotel ever! We had done our hotel booking and on reaching the Hotel, they denied our check in and asked us to pay extra amount, even after paying the entire amount well in advance The receptionist was not cooperative at all and asked us to pay the extra amount We even spoke to them but they couldn't solve our issue either. we had to wait at the reception for almost 2-3 hrs without receiving any help from the hotel Ultimately we had no other option than to pay the extra amount and get our check in done. And we were not the only ones who faced this issue. We had a stay for 4 consecutive days during which we saw this happening every day with multiple tourists. Please never make your booking here

the stay began with a hectic checkin experience, but went smoothly throughout till the checkout you can rent bikes and cars from within the premises of the hotel so that is something good. though at checkout we were fined for towels we had never got in the first place pretty disappointing. we were not given timely room service as well. rest food counter and room service was nice, food was something i really enjoyed. the happy hours is something you can look forward to if you are going as a group.

Best option to stay with family or eithrr with frds or couple..clean area .. safe.. full package with swimming pool, bar ,resto and classic rooms..

Fantastic place ! The amenities were great. Great place to stay .
