The check in time was 2pm. we were asked to wait for half an hour even after we reached by 4pm. The room was smelling and when asked for room fresher they said they will get it. After 20 mins when we asked again, they said it's not available. No proper ventilation in the room. Phone number being written on walls of the room, shaggy pen sketches drawn else. No mirror in washroom. The towels provided were also not upto the mark as they looked unhygienic. No space to keep baggage. Not worthy at all. Overall, it's a very bad experience and waste of money.

Hotel receptionist also have no idea of their own hotel location. Room doesn't have dustbin, bathroom also was dirty plus no scruber. Manager also lied us to giving the AC room as we accidentally booked the non AC room by their agents. We requested a lot but they didn't agree to give us ac room instead they ask us 2 giv mor money if we want AC room.

The hotel was under maintenance. room that was given to us was below low quality. neither had an almira, not even a table. Then on request they moved us to another room on request for which they have charged us separately. i recommend a "NO".... a bad experience over all.

The Hotel is more value than expectation at this price point. The room, Bed sheet, Blanket is very clean. Receiptionist is so polite, Some improvement can be there at bathroom.Location is near to ISBT. That is a plus point for hotel in this area.

Breakfast is comprised of 1 cake 1. Egg 1cup tea and 2 biscuits.. worth of 20 to 30 RS but being charged around 150.. wanted to strike off breakfast from my accommodation invoice for the last day of stay. Our AC executive room has no geaser.

Location wise it's very conveniently located nearby the main road & bus stand as well so it's accessibility is very high. Their accommodation was great & the services they provided to me was good too. It was a very cheerful stay of ours.

Had a wonderful experience staying in Dream city. The service was excellent, the behaviour of all the staffs were very friendly. The receptionist was very honest person. Overall, we're very glad for this memorable stay at Dream City.

the main door lock does not work..bathe room is suffocating and the staff is not supportive.also the team is unable to resolve the matter.they have charged money for 3 days and hotel team not helping to resolve the matter.

It was a average stay, staff and services was good, the hotel was not that hygienic and toilet flush was not working, room was not that neat and clean, Location of the hotel was near to that main road.

Superb location and Restaurant food is really clean and tasty. Service is also very prompt and staff is helpful and decent. Bathrooms can be a bit more clean but overall had a pleasant stay :)
