The beauty of Gangtok is unparalleled and the view from the rooftop is something not to be missed, whether it’s in the morning or at night.The warm and cozy Hospitality of the hotel staff leaves you speechless.Since it is a heritage hotel , the old school charm along with the positive and cozy vibe makes you feel special in every way. Sure there are some tinkering to be done here and there like every hotel which is a century old , but I think it’s a part of it and that’s the charm of a heritage hotel.The stay was wonderful. A must visit recommendation to everyone planning a vacation in Gangtok .The team was very friendly and homely.

The only thing best about this hotel was It was on the new market and the restaurant. The food there was prepared with proper hygiene, I could tell as they were utterly mesmerising and delicious. From the long range of tea and breakfast. the food was to die for! They're specifically the chef and other staff are polite but the rooms are pathetic, poor facilities only hanging up a TV, and attached washroom taps are not working. Better to avoid deluxe room

The location was perfect close to the city centre and attractions . Awesome staff, specially Sudeshna Mam who made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. She was very polite, most friendly and helpful owner cum receptionist ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, it was clean, stylish and room itself was equipped and comfortable. Food was good and great value for money. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

very nice hotel...near to MG marg....hotel staff and food was very nice...they provided me free breakfast with 2 options bread omlete and chole bhature with puri...hotel was clean and surrounding of hotel was nice...I recommend this hotel for couple , family,and for friends also...

Neat and clean room, nice location. But the best part about this place is the people who runs it. Prateek and Sudeshna, they are simply amazing. They just make this property standout. Special mention to Aneesh, loved the way he takes care of the guests. Overall a nice experience.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable and even the hotel is situated in the center place of gangtok. Pratik the hotel's owner and manager is very friendly and takes good care of the guests and their basic needs.

Good Service provided by the Hotel. we choose complimentary Breakfast option. It was crowded. We had to wait for some time. Staffs were very friendly. Room was neat and clean
