My fiance and I were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to enjoy a memorable holiday. The staff were very well trained, polite and walks out of the way to help. They even ungraded our stay absolutely at no additional cost. The GM of the hotel Mr. Khandelwal greeted us personally. We whole heartily thank the following who made our stay just amazing and made us feel very special, Ashish Tamang, Passang, Reema, Phurmit, Chirtira, Doma, Akshay, Ganesh and Sachin. We love you. At first I will thank all the hotel staff, specially f/o team Kiran, ratna , ankit, sova , hemanth & phurba. They are really very caring about their guests and the hotel ambience was also very good, the room was very beautiful and clean, and the food was also very tasty 😋 In one words, It's a great stay. This is one the best hotel with a facilities in the room in Gangtok. This hotel is approximately 1 km from MG road market. Best thing about this hotel is it's room service and the staff is very cooperative. Room condition , Room service, location from market and veg food quality of better than other restaurants with lots of varieties.

Excellent service. The staff was very well mannered and cooperative. The food was good and the rooms were clean and well equipped. The service was quite fast. If you're not mad about a very scenic view, overall it was a very comfortable and I'd definitely recommend for you to go here.
