room is too clean infct wash room is very clean Its just a budget hotel with facilities like gyser (u need to ask them to turn it on), AC,towel,tv,water, restaurant. the service staff were very helpful and polite and well This property is maintained well and the staff is well adequate , sleep quality and bedding were of 9/*10, and the rooms are equipped with all types of modern amenities and the toilets are also equipped

stayed in this hotel and enjoyed the stay and staff and their hospitality was very nice. Roshan, Nirmala and other staff took care of their guests very well. I celebrated my kid birthday đ in their hotel. Food and room were very nice. Enjoyed the view from the balcony, especially watching helicopter landing and flying from the room balcony, it was amazing.

Feel at Home atmosphere and the owner is really sweet and helpful, staff service and behaviour is too good. A Must Stay INN hotel you will find in Swastik Gate, Burtuk. Location is also good you will have departmental store, grocery store, bakery and restuarants very much near to this hotel. Will visit again soon!

An excellent stay with great rooms, breathtaking view. large, specious and luxurious, yet budget friendly. Mr Kishore the manager is a great man to deal with. staffs are equally good. Their behaviour is very much friendly. Overall a five star property within budget.

we booked room of queens room mountain view 15 days before of staying. they given us a room in another hotel in basement. The receptionist is not professional and managing people by telling lies. The worst experience ever I faced in my tour.

Hotel was incredible the food,staffs behavior reception were glorious its worthwhile staying here. Washroom was well cleaned and 24 hours uninterrupted Gizer supply is there. I am recommending all to stay here once.
