Facilities provided are best and all the staff is very cooperative especially the bell boy 'Phurba '.They provide neat and clean room , bedsheet,blanket,towel,bathroom and especially electric cattle,tea bag, coffee,etc. The staff is available 24/7 .The food is very delicious.The staff is very humble and polite.The driver provided by hotel is very knowledgeable,kind and also works as a guide.The view from hotel is great. My stay in that hotel was great and I along with my family is looking forward to stay in this hotel again. I recommend everyone to go in that hotel.

I stayed in this hotel from 23rd January to 26th January. Location wise only few steps from M. G Marg. Since we booked executive room. it was quite spacious, neat and clean and hygienic too. From our room on a sunny day we got nice view of kanchanjangha. Food is tasty though bit overpriced I felt still it can overlooked. This hotel is no doubt a very good one. Thumbs uo

Excellent stay, comfortable bed and blankets which are well maintained. Professional and courteous staff and good food. Highly recommended. The establishment is near Mg Marg, Taxi stand and Lal Bazaar. A comfortable stay, spacious room and amazing view from the window and queen size bed for two and four big soft pillows.

It was indeed good to stay here. Staffs were cooperative. in gangtok this hotel has a very reasonable price and high quality of hospitality. I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel sher e Punjab was very good. also the restaurant is one of the best in gangtok. they provide everything which we need. so it was very nice behaviour from the staff.
