Really good rooms with a great view. Good breakfast spread. Would really recommend it. Location wise, it's a good 10-15 mins walk to the mall road since the road is uphill while going to the mall road. But you can find shared cabs right outside the hotel to reach mall road for 10 bucks. So all in all I would say a really good place to stay. The only negative if I have to say, they charge separately for the room heater (~250 bucks per night).

amazing experience..photo which have given online is true infact in reality it's better than picture. location is little far from mg market but it doesn't matter because room is very big neat and clean.Service is very good, food is awesome...Here you feel 5 star hotel type treatment. I recommend all of you to visit this hotel.

booked suite room as i thought the view from there would be nice, but there is no view of valley, instead we requested to give us room having good view of valley and they accepted the same as the changed room is of lower price i guess.. but overall experience and staff behaviour is so warm and helpful.

The Royal oaks is very good resort for everyone specifically for family. The staff & services in reception, restaurant and house keeping all are very nice. Next time, if I will visit Gangtok then surely I will prefer to stay in daizzo royal oaks.

Staff behavior is excellent and good service. You can enjoy natural beauty though your window. Room was very clean and worthy for your Gangtok trip. MG Market is also 1.5KM from the hotel. so you can enjoy your shopping in evening...

I stayed in the royal oaks for 3 nights. it is just 1km from main market. staffs are very cooperative & professional. food & service were good enough. I recommend travellers to stay in the royal oaks.
