Hotel Shiv Inn By T And M Hotels

I stayed at Hotel Shiv Inn along with my family from 17th April to 20th April.Hotel is very near to Railway Station and Bus stand around 1.5 km.Ganesh ghat is very near around 5 min.walkable distance and Har ki Pauri is around 1.6 km from the Hotel.Plus point is Hotel Shiv inn is located very near to the market and one gets easy access to Auto and Cabs and also Dhabas and restaurants.Staff is very polite and helpful but there is room for improvement in room service and cleanliness and one of the major drawback was that there was dampness on the ceiling of triple room but overall good hotel and moreover rates are affordable and considering rates it can be one of the options for stay in Haridwar. Easy access to market where one gets Dhabas and restaurant and all types of street food which is one of the speciality of Haridwar.All types of daily need items are easily available and another plus point is Ganesh ghat where one can enjoy Ganga isnaan.

I won't recommend anyone to book this hotel as I had the worst experience here. I was traveling with my family and booked 2 rooms for 6 people. The room was provided on the 3rd floor without any lift and staff to carry luggage. There was only 1 receptionist, if you want to take room provided by them then take otherwise they will not give anything in refund. All ground and 1st floor rooms were locked but still we were provided a 3rd floor room and did not change on request. They don't have their own kitchen but were providing a menu from any nearby cloud kitchen. Due to rain we had to order from them and it was pathetic and too expensive. Room condition and no lift

These hotel people are complete frauds. When we made the booking, we had booked a big room and paid the full amount in advance. But when we reached there, they gave us a smaller room and said that they had to give the original room to another family. This is absolutely fraudulent—how can you give a pre-booked room to someone else? There were no towels, no basic facilities either. Very poor service. Never stay at this hotel.

hotel is newly built so rooms are super good and affordable prices too excellent but only disappointing thing was that they didn't provided any amenities like towel, soap or anything else I reached at late night so didn't asked for anything but toiletries should be present in room beforehand..
