I have just visited Shiv Inn homestay for 2 Days and this was my 2nd time visiting shiv inn homestay. Just 5-8 minutes walking distance from Mall road(not recommended for senior citizens as the street is quite slopy). The room and washroom were neat and clean.There was running water 24*7, geyser and an electric kettle was provided in the room.The view from the room was breathtaking.Their home cooked meals were very good.I would suggest the guest to try their meals as it is healthy and homely. Most importantly a great experience with their hospitality and services and also a safe stay for solo women travellers.Specially the owner and owner 's family , everyone was nice and friendly. I was there during diwali and they gave me puja's bhog.It really felt like a home. I will highly recommend this homestay. Will visit again.

Very nice stay. Host was too cooperative. He helped us from picking up from main market till dropping.. He got us food as per need,helped in navigating city and everything required. Overall Service was very satisfactory. Mountain view is at nodge from 4th floor. Rooms are cleaned, maintained and best at this price. Very recommended if you can walk at inclined roads from market till hotel.

Nice location and room condition is very good. I stayed here two' nights with a homely atmosphere. Food is very delicious . Prasad Ji the owner of the property is very friendly. All over the service is very good. I am very happy to stay here. Recommended to all visitors to choose the home stay and enjoy the Darjeeling trip. All is good

The qwality of rooms is very nice.. neat and clean rooms. washroom is super clean. all amenities is working condition. it's near by mall road chowrasta. service is superb. the owner is very helpfull and staff is also very polite. peacefull no disturbancr
