good staff behavior near to aanakulam from common balcony we have good view like greenary and small river crossing we can view we where two families we expected two different rooms but luckily we got apartment like facility 1 Hall 2 bedrooms and 1 attached and 1 common bathroom it was very helpful

Overall good room and service. but some 15 minute delay for check in due to the miss communication hotel.staffs are very good and provided all the needs. No food is available at the hotel itself they'll buy it for you from somewhere else.
