It was overall average stay. Pros: 1. Nice location. It is very near to Mall Road walking area. 2. Provides bed warmer. Cons: 1. Very congested washrooms 2. No view from any room or from anyplace inside hotel. Hotel has no reception area as well. 3. Room heater doesn't work at high setting. 4. They don't have proper DG of enough load. Once power is out which happens quite frequently. DG keeps restarting every few seconds. 5. Wardrobe is very inconvenient and small. 6. No place to put stuff in room. Work desk is for name sake only.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location on Mall Road is perfect for exploring the town's charm and nearby attractions. The rooms were warm and inviting, with large windows offering stunning views of Kanchenjunga. The hotel's staff were friendly and efficient, providing organized and efficient services. I found the hotel to be a cozy and centrally-located spot, ideal for discovering Darjeeling's hidden gems.

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Mall stone. We are amazed by their hospitality. Food quality is awesome. Highly recommend for family stay. Very helpful staff. Food quality is very good.
