Hotel Sunmount Mayal Retreat

my experience was very bad at that hotel.. 1) canteen food price is too high and they provide half cooked food. 2)7km away from mg marg ,cab will charge 400 for one side fare .up and down 800/- and road was also very bad in that route. 3) staff behaviour is very rude.. 4) I stay there for 3 nights but no one came for cleaning in 3 days.. 5)light switch broken. 6) room walls are damp. 7) they don't provide drinking water until u don't go and ask for water..... 8) most important thing they booked rooms for non refundable system they took cash before booking and u can not cancel it as u booked as non refundable way.. overall that hotel and it's management are not good..think twice to book there ..

I checked in the hotel. Very good hotel. Restaurant, and Bar is available here. Excellent hotel in this locality.

Had booked no view room ..they gave room in basement that was very bad .. room was smelly ..not good for stay
