we stayed in this hotel in May. The room was okay had a balcony with nice view hey served hot water to drink. Balcony view is mesmerising and the hotel was well maintained, all amenities promised were provided and staff behaviour was quite pleasant. Hot and cold water supply was there. The location was good. Mall Road is 2 km from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was okay. Food quality good

we stayed here for 3days. Overall experience was excellent. There are two amazing people at reception desk who were kind and very helpful. They even arranged our Rohtang tour on sharing basis in affordable price.

Rooms were neat and clean , hospitality was very good , clean washroom, parking area , staff behaviour were too good, food is much better than other places , it's too tasty and in very cheap rate
