Once upon a time a grand property situated in probably the best location of Gangtok is been decayed over time. I felt it is lack of management oversight. The rooms were not updated and have unwanted old furniture The breakfast was most pathetic as you have to live with the choice available. Services are slow and lethargic. This is not the Tashi Delek which I used to know 10 years back. I am disappointed..

Though it is located at MG Marg, I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to stay in the busiest area of Gangtok. Rooms are old. Service quality is poor(time lag of min half an hour). The view what they show is only available at roof dining area. Rooms doesn't have any view. Staffs are good and helpful though. This hotel would have been recommendable if they slash their rates by min 40%.

The stay was pleasant and good. The only dissatisfaction was they denied giving room service since afternoon for some unknown reason. Also didnt had a mini fridge in the room, which should be there in a three star hotel. But overall had a great experience staying there, the location is great and the staff are very friendly and understanding.

It is not how it looks in the website. Rooms are very shabby, doesnt even hav a tea coffee maker in the room. Room Heaters do not work. I stayed at their terrace view room which is supposed to be their best room but other than the view from the terrace there isn't any other amenity tht i had cherished. Breakfast was below average.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel at M.G. Marg. Inner side of this hotel looks nice and very cleaned. Top of the hotel is very nice for viewing hill area. Hotel room was good and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Taxi stand, shopping market, restaurants are very closed to this hotel.

When you call Room Service,you will found nobody to answer..If you call Reception 6 to 7 times then once they will answer same as room service... in this hotel couples can enjoy but no for those who has kids and going with there family... only terrace is good view apart from that nothing els....

good hotel in a good location , specially suited for kids as staff are polite n kids friendly. For room service expect longer TAT , expected a more professional chef at this quality of hotel. breakfast is little disappointing as compared to others in same category .

I stayed in that hotel and its was best stay. Hotel people are very collaborate and very helpful. Regarding food its was delicious and hygienic. Hotel is located on a pleasant location . Amenities are also nice over there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

Hotel located on the main road.. The main centre for shopping, Mg marg, Lal bazaar is just behind the hotel... Awesome place to stay.. stayed for 3 days... Would recommend this hotel to any one who visits GANGTOK...

The location is great.. on MG Marg, beautiful outside view.. but the room size is really small compared to the price. Food taste is good, very minimum options for breakfast. Staff is very friendly!

Last year November I was stayed at Tashi Delek, Gangtok. The open terrace is really good. You can see the range of Kanchanganja from here. The food quality is good at affordable rate.

Right in the middle of MG Road with an excellent roof top restaurant.. Apart from the location rooms are small and shabby. The toilet flush was not working and no one came to fix.
