The stay was very good..rooms very very clean and awesome. it is one of the best budget hotel to stay in manali. and it is just 3 km away from mall road. you can walk and reach to mall road in just 15 mins. there is a river just in front of hotel. the scenic view is just breathtaking, mountains covered with snow just shines brighter that diamonds. Food is tasty too and room service is first class too. this hotel deserves 5 stars but reason i gave it 3 stars it following if you planning for early check-in. if you call them few days before check in they will ask you to pay a certain amount as early check-in fees. but when you check out they'll ask you to pay more. especially INDU madam. she'll do anything to argue with guests and will force them to pay the amount they ask to pay as early check-in. they don't stay on their own words. so if you are planning for early check-ins. while talking to them record the conversation so that u can use it when they'll ask you to pay more.

i booked deluxe room. they provide room back side view. when open the curtain of room from outside people seeing in the room no privacy. in the room all lights are yellow colour which was very dim light. i reached the hotel on 12.30 pm , and the hotel manager said that you have to wait for 2 pm, after a long journey i was tired but they said for wait to check in. and the restaurant of the hotel open only for break fast which have time limit for breakfast and dinner only. breakfast timing 8 am to 10 am and dinner timing 7 pm to 10 pm. they not provided lunch. rooms and woollen blankets are not cleaned properly. no electric kettle provided in room.

Hotel location is very nice, front side there is river and rear side you can enjoy hilly view. Pleseant welcome and allotted room before check in time. They velue and respect customers comfort. They also provide shelter and food to driver. I have seen the best hotel in my budget. They fulfilled each every expectation. Rooms are better then ans spacious , as it are appear in website. You will feel sense of security and respect the hotel. Hotel food is nice, taste wise it can be improved further. Thanks Hotel staff and goibibo

The stay was quite nice, with the room decor aesthetic and the view from the balcony beautiful. However, due to the ongoing construction work right in front of the hotel, it was not possible to sit for long in the balcony as it got too dusty. Other than that, the service was pretty decent too.
