very bad experience, when we reached(approx 1 am midnight) at hotel denied to give us room. reception vandna said humein ni pata, humare pass room pack h saare hum apko room ni deskte fr bht minnte krne k baad usne humein kisi or hotel m room dilwaya. room they given us is totally mess and bed is with full of stains on mattress. all taps are leaked in washroom. totaly disgusting.
