What an amazing and humble host Mr.Santhosh is. And the funny part is he doesn't even know that people have been writing so many reviews just for his sake. Property is well maintained beautiful and neat. If you want a stay away from the hustle of munnar's crowded streets then opt in here. Only thing to mention honestly is that you need to descend deep down from the road to reach the room. Walking 300m down/up there with too much heavy luggage will be difficult. And if you have your car and drove it till here then i guess you can manage getting here as well. A bit scary at first but the confidence will grow eventually to drive in and out of the place.

I recently stayed in a hotel room that truly provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from the hotel staff, and their behavior throughout my stay was exceptional. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, the exceptional behavior of the hotel staff, and the cleanliness of the room. It was a true sanctuary for relaxation, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene retreat.

The property is situated in a mesmerizing location with an amazing view, especially early in the morning. The room condition was very good with all the amenities in place. The place is safe for solo travellers, couples as well as families. Special thanks to Mr. Santosh for making our stay memorable. Moreover, due to an ongoing festival we were not able to find a vehicle to reach the bus stand for our departure, he especially dropped us to the stand. Peaceful surroundings with good hospitality.

The caretaker, Mr. Santhosh is very welcoming, kind and soft spoken. I stayed in mountain view room. It was very spacious with small kitchen with utensils, fridge dining table. The mesmerizing view of mountains from balcony was awesome. They served South Indian breakfast both days with limited options. The hotel is around 15 min away from the Main City centre. They don't have kitchen and don't provide lunch/dinner. For lunch/dinner They order from nearby FRIEND'S restaurant.

The Stay here was excellent.. the property owner was very helpful and guided us properly.. Although the property was a little away from Munnar town and less accessibility to the local souvenir shops and other amenities, the property location amidst the dense trees was excellent and gave us a refreshing stay for the three days with birds chirping in every morning and evening.. Five stars for the budget Stay..

Very comfortable stay specially if you have a family. The room was clean and tidy with a view of high mountain in the back drop. Breakfast was fine and the host Santosh was very co-operative for all our requests. You have adventure sports in the proximity and also good restaurants available in and around this location. Overall we had a pleasant stay and it is recommended.

The property was very nice. Very comperative staffs. induction cooker is available in room . So we can prepare tea with fresh milk. Room is very spacious and bathroom too. One concern about the property is it's location. From the main road 300 meter need to walk towards down from property. So by car only we can reach. walking will be difficult.

We (my family) had a great stay there. We booked two rooms and can say it's a mini-home with all the required amenities. 😊🏡👍 Since it is situated close to the forest, throughout the night we could hear the Asian koel singing. 🐦🎶🌙 The presence of other small birds and creatures surprised my kids, and they were very happy. 👧👦😍

amazing stay, the host Santhosh sir was there for all the needs, never met a host so humble and helpful, he arranged everything from tickets, driver to food. the hotel parking is a bit steep and he arranged for parking and taking out hospitality and helpfulness

Great place to stay. Room is well maintained, spacious and very clean. There is a small kitchen space with induction cooking and a beautiful balcony. The staff is good and service is exceptional. The breakfast provided here is fantastic.

The resort's name totally justifies the view and experience, it is indeed serene. A quiet and nice place with the sweet and hospitable host. The room interior is the same as shown in the pic and the ambience is unparalleled.

Wonderful experience staying at The Serene Park. Both Mr Santosh and attendant were polite. The location is also good. Breakfast was good. Although dinner from a nearby Friends hotel was not up to the mark.
