first of all hotel location is very nice, walkable distance from the prime location of M.G. road, well mannered staffs and good behaviour, great view of mountains from the window,great ambience with some quality food. service was good and fast!! with effect of corona virus and government orders of less staffs, still they managed everything very well. big and clean rooms and clean bathroom!!! it was really a wonderful experience with this hotel!! hassale free check in!!! nice mountainry view from room !!

stay was very pleasant. Staff are cordial and very cooperative. Food quality is good. Room service is also good. only thing that we did not get GST bill at the time of check out. However they have promised us to provide it within 7 days but it should to given at the time of check out.

This is a great hotel in gangtok near m.g.marg,i was stayed here in premium room with my girlfriend for 2 days.the room is very good,breakfast and dinner both were awesome,hotel staff and room boys are very friendly and nice behaviour,good hospitality,total value for money.
