i gave one star becoz i have a baby who was shivering in cold , so u asked for a heater bt d hotel said me they will provide me aftr 10 pm. we are tourist nd its december end. they didnt provide d heater. i request them seeing my baby condition but they kept on denying. later they said 200 rs for one hour till 10 pm. this was dissapointing. nd they kept d contract that they will snatch away d heater morning at 6 am. so I will not recommend this hotel fr anyone. but one of the staff named sohail was vry helpful. my room no was 302.

After checking in, ZERO room service was provided. Television was not working. They don't even provide any towels or kombol. The geyser was not working properly. They wanted us to leave the room and shift in different rooms just because they have uncountable bookings and are not able to provide rooms. Though we didn't shift in the end. The overall experience is NOT GOOD. There was no room service provided. The geyser was not working properly.

The hotel and its staff were exceptional, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The on-site dining options offered reasonably priced, delicious meals. timber residency told me they have plumbing problem on my staying date they arrange another hotel another hotel not good price very high room small not comfortable very bad experience so I suggest to all guest do not book timber residency
