I wanted to take the time to thank you for a wonderful experience I had at “Indra Mandala”. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I was impressed with their commitment to customer service. The location was great and the hospitality offered was superb. The rooms were neat and clean, making my stay very comfortable. It's a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. I appreciated the friendly nature of the staff in particular - starting from the receptionists all the way through to housekeeping - they were all so pleasant and attentive. Our Special thanks to Mr. Borah, Ruel & Chaman, Chef Chewang and Vivek, We would like to thank you all for your hard work and dedication in providing the best service. Your commitment has been invaluable and we are deeply grateful for the effort you have put in. Thank you once again for such a wonderful stay!

As such there is no issue with room quality. the fittings and material used are top class. but the main issue is there is no proper arrangement for breakfast in the morning. not suitable for any nationality as morning breakfast is available only from 10am. we need to inform everyday for Chef to come and Chef staff is also not flexible to make aloo parathas. that too paratha is of maida (refined flour). paratha is always supposed to be of wheat. The approach road to this hotel is a muddy road and risky as there is road construction going on and a car can get stuck in mud in case of rain.
