worst hotel of gangtokdirty bed sheets. stained pillows. seeping walls. dirty washroom. no electric kettle. no complementaries. no toiletries. no tv. dirty floors. cold and rusty room. had booked king sized bed room but they gave us twin bed and despite showing they didn’t do nothing. poor service. zero communication skills. worst hotel of gangtok. i wouldn’t even give it one star. they didn’t provide us with drinking water despite repeated requests. and after all that there were some really unruly guests who were drunk and playing music in huge volume thus ruining my sleep. my stay here was nothing less than a toucher.if ever a thought of staying in this hotel passes your mind. honestly that will be a big mistake and your holidays will be ruined.

We booked 3 rooms. One of the room we got in 3rd floor was not clean. The area of the room is very dusty. Parking is very hard. Deepak is an employee who's attitude made us think that he paid for our stay. Wifi was not available. No Range for jio, bsnl, airtel in the rooms. Vishal and other cartakers are good. They made us good food. No fan, no AC. It was hot during our stay in gangtok in May 2024. I had to use newspaper as fan for the baby to sleep. When i asked for a pedestal fan, which was in the dining room. Deepak said, its for the dog Every room is dusty becuase of the area. We all sneezed so much.

The experience was very bad. The rooms were not clean enough, the water taps were not working properly, there was unstable electricity and it would be hard to get a taxi from there as it is in lower arithang. There is a very cute golden retriever tho. 🥺

No appropriate amenities and poor behaviour of staffs. Room quality doesn't match as per photos upload by the property owners.
