Hotel Vistara Grand

Hotel Grand: I generally don’t like to write any bad comments for anyone. But this time It’s really horrible experience while staying in Hotel Prashant Grand.   I am writing my expenses. 1: I reached hotel at 10am for checking. Initially they denied our checkin by saying that we have extended our previous booking for other customers so we don’t have vacant rooms for you. Then I called Goibibo and concerned person talked to hotel regarding availability of rooms. After discussion hotel agreed to give us one big room but we have booked two rooms. 2: Complementary mineral water is not in there hotel policies. They only provide RO water. But it’s really pathetic that they have provided RO water in used plastic mineral water bottles. 3. Only few selective menu for breakfast. (Puri Sabji/Paratha Sabji) 4. Location is not good. Approx 10 km from Har Ki Pauri. 5. From manager to room service all behave very rudely. Management is very poor. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's very conveniently located on the main road itself, this is the only positive thing about it otherwise I faced many issues over there like The rooms were smelly & even after I asked them to change my room they didn't saying condition of all the rooms are same & even behavior of the hotel staff was not good too.

Hotel room are not so clean specially toilets and my room ac wasn't working.even after given several calls at reception.no response.staff are not so quick responsive.honestly speaking no value for money.

Location was okay, but the bathroom tap was broken,no service was time,it was not that much clean,stains of blood in the bed-sheet and bad smell.Overall it was a pathetic experience in this hotel.
