One of the best budget hotels in Gangtok. Only around 350 m from the iconic MG Marg Checking-in was hassle free, and the behaviour of all the staff were very friendly. We got all of the desired services whenever asked for. We were looking for East Sikkim trip, that was also arranged by the hotel manager Mr Aroomay Das. That helped us a lot to save precious time Overall all very much recommended for all Location- 4.5/5 Hotel interior and other facilities- 5/5 Amenities- 5/5 Cleanness- 5/5 Behaviour of the stuffs- 5/5 Only a little down side is we have to walk/climb very stiff road slope whenever going to MG Marg or any other places from the hotel. However as already mentioned it's only 300 m and the climbing part consists of only 100 m

The hotel staff is the deal saver!! Wheather it's about giving hot water in the evening to serving delicious food - the people here made it a best experience. The food tastes awesome, the internet speed here in hotel is crazy (if you are on a workcation it's a great place to stay) I am amused to get this level of hotel at such a great price with all the necessary amenities. The best I would say is the ease of things, from check in to the availability of rooms to clear hassle free experience indoor. We were able to get 3 bed single room (which isn't a luxury in places like mountains) The hospitality, constant supply of water, management of resouces. Everything is to point!

Stayed in White Conch for 4 days. Loved the ambience and view over there. Location is very good, walkable (but steep) from MG Marg. It's quite nearby to bus station and private taxi stand. Rooms are very neat and good. Toilets are very clean too. You will get hot water 24 hrs. Thanks to residency Manager Mr.Arumoy Doss who helped and guided me in all my Sikkim travel plans. He is very friendly, kind and helpful. He will help you in arranging taxis and getting passes to Nathula pass and Zero point. Other staffs Mr.Anup and Mr.Bheem also very kind in all hotel services. Food was tasty too. Overall my stay is very pleasant in White Conch Residency. Highly recommended.

It's a very nice hotel in Gangtok. Booking of this hotel was a great deal for us. The staffs are very polite and the Owner is also very humble. The Hotel has decent parking inside campus which gave us peace of mind. The ambiance of the hotel is good and the campus is beautifully decorated and clean. We wish to stay here again in future, when we will be in Gangtok. ** For very elder member this is not suitable because to reach M.G. Marg by walking there is a steep road.

Had a wonderful stay at white conch residency. we stayed there for 5 days. hotel is very near to mg marg. it's around 3 minutes from MG marg. Arumoy Das is a very nice guy. He offered us the 2 best kanchenjunga view room of this hotel. we stayed at room no 205 & 204. Thank you white conch residency will visit again.

Pros: Very nice hotel with beautiful balcony and garden views, very co-operative and helpful staff. Vegitarian restaurant. Cons: No lift Available, Electric kettle not available (Since I used to drink warm water regularly) Overall, I will say this is one of the best hotels around in gangtok.

It was a nice place to stay. Very good option for pure vegetarian people. The food provided was also very tasty. You can ask for hot drinking water if you want. The staffs were also very friendly. They will arrange a tour package if you call them in advance.

Good Hotel with spacious room, Pure-Vegeterian resturant, balcony with Good view room no. 204, only issue in TV that not started initially with help of it started but once I off the TV tried to start again no way it started neither I informed to staff.

Had a good stay at White Conch Residency. The hotel staff Vijay, Karan and Mahender were very humble and kind. they were quit let helpful in providing service. The bathroom were clean. Also the Room. The room had a side view of the mountains.

The room is very spacious. Basis amenities are available in working condition. There is no issue. But the entrance road should be better. otherwise everything is good. A balcony was available with our room which was very attractive.
